Arch Talent is representing an established 4-chair private practice in Jervis Bay with a loyal patient base built over more than a decade.

The practice is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to take over an existing patient base as the Principal reduces his routine clinical commitments.

There is no shortage of patients.

The practice and existing Associate are currently booked approximately one month ahead, with Associates consistently seeing more than a dozen patients per day.

For a dentist coming from Sydney, this is an opportunity to move away from an oversaturated market where you may be constantly competing for patients or rebuilding your books.

Instead, you can step into established demand from day one.

WHO WE WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM

We are looking for experienced dentists who:

- Have 4–5+ years' general dentistry experience

- Are confident with restorations and extractions

- Can work independently

- Are reliable, patient-focused and clinically confident

- Want strong patient flow rather than having to build a book from scratch

- Hold unrestricted AHPRA registration
