About the role

As our Sewing Machinist/Seamstress, you'll be crucial in delivering exceptional tailoring and alteration work for high-quality garments in our new Gold Coast store.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- engaging with fitters to understand pinning and work required on garments

- expertly sewing and providing recommendations for alterations

- maintaining a well-organised and productive workspace

- assisting with stock alteration racks and communicating with fitters

- collaborating with the wider team to achieve productivity targets

- delivering high-quality alteration work to a premium standard

What we're looking for





- Full Australian working rights essential

- Previous tailoring experience essential (retail environment preferred)

- Excellent seamstress knowledge and a strong eye for detail

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Flexible and adaptable with the ability to multitask

- Positive, team-focused and customer-centric attitude
