What you'll do

- Own complex cases – Take the lead on escalated, high-risk and long-standing collections matters, driving positive outcomes.

- Make a difference – Work directly with customers to understand their circumstances and negotiate practical, sustainable repayment solutions.

- Drive performance – Analyse arrears trends, identify opportunities and provide insights that improve collections outcomes.

- Be a go-to expert – Share your knowledge, support colleagues and help lift the performance of the broader team.

- Influence decisions – Prepare recommendations and manage escalations, including legal recovery matters where appropriate.





- Improve how we work – Contribute ideas and initiatives to make our collections processes smarter, more efficient and customer-focused.

What you'll bring

- Solid experience in collections, credit or financial services, ideally managing complex or escalated cases.

- Robust negotiation skills and the confidence to handle challenging conversations.

- Excellent communication skills, empathy and a solutions-focused mindset.

- The ability to analyse information, make sound decisions and manage competing priorities.

- Knowledge of collections regulations, compliance requirements and recovery processes.

- A proactive, collaborative attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
