Early Years Talent is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Centre Manager to join the leadership team at a vibrant 90-place service in Ballarat, VIC.

The successful candidate will lead and empower a dedicated team of early childhood professionals while supporting the Centre Manager. A Diploma in ECEC (or higher) and proven people management skills are essential; EYLF/NQS knowledge is highly valued, with ongoing development opportunities available.
