About Us: We are a well-loved and established lingerie boutique seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional, discreet, and confidence‑building customer service.

About the Role:

- Provide personalised customer service in a respectful, inclusive environment
- Assist customers with lingerie selection, fit, and styling
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation
- Assist with stock management

About You:

- Retail or customer service experience essential (Lingerie experience necessary)
- Minimum 2+ years retail or customer service experience required
- Confident, warm, and professional in approach
- Comfortable assisting customers with intimate apparel
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Reliable with flexible availability, including Saturdays

Requirements:

- Experience in bra fitting is essential.
- Formal training in bra fitting required
- Maintain a caring, professional, and sensitive approach with customers.
- Ability to work in a small team environment.
- Availability to work from 10 AM to 5 PM on weekdays and every alternate Saturday (part-time hours negotiable).
- Proficient social media skills (bonus).

Job Types: Permanent - Part Time and or Casual

Pay: $27.00 – $40.00 per hour
