Storeperson | Jilalan

3-6 Month Assignment | Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 3:00pm | Overtime available as required

Protech are seeking an experienced Storeperson to join the team at Jilalan. This is a hands‑on role supporting warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring materials are received, stored, managed and distributed safely and efficiently to maintenance teams and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick, pack and dispatch materials for maintenance teams and contractors.
- Receive, unload and store incoming stock.
- Conduct stocktakes and cycle counts, reporting any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Load and unload vehicles while ensuring materials are secured correctly.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current Forklift Licence (essential).
- Current Driver’s Licence.
- Previous experience in a storeperson, warehouse or logistics role.




- Experience using inventory management systems, ideally SAP or similar.
- Strong understanding of stock control and warehouse processes.
- Basic computer skills, including Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Solid communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
