As our Victoria Sales Manager, you will play a key role in leading and developing our Victorian operations, overseeing both the sales and warehouse functions. Your primary focus will be to drive proactive sales growth, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure the ongoing retention and development of our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities are but not limited to:

- Expanding the product offering to existing customers accounts
- Identify gaps in the current sales strategy and develop strategies
- Support Account Managers and build their sales turnover
- Manage your own list of select key accounts with support from the National sales team.

About you:

- We are seeking motivators with a customer focused, hunter mentality.
- Sales andteammanagement experience, preferably in a product-based company;
- Experience in B2B sales. - wholesaling products preferred but not essential;
- Experience in on-road sales and phone-based account management;
- Proven sales experience with measurable success
