Job Description

Our Koi represent the people, personality and team spirit that make our workplace special. We're looking for people who care about quality, take pride in their work and enjoy working together.

As a Koi team member, you will:

- Prepare and present fresh sushi and other menu items to a high standard.
- Deliver friendly, efficient customer service to travellers.
- Maintain food quality, presentation and hygiene standards.
- Keep the store clean, organised and well stocked.
- Support your teammates to keep service running smoothly during busy airport periods.

Desired Skills and Experience

The Koi we're looking for are:

- Positive, reliable and passionate about great food and customer service.




- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Team players who take pride in their work and support those around them.
- Experienced in hospitality, food preparation or retail (advantageous, but not essential).
- Experienced in sushi rolling (beneficial, but we're happy to train the right person!).
