You’re not just passionate about law—you’re eager to drive meaningful change in Australia’s evolving employment scene. With a solid background in Employment Law, you’re ready for a role that challenges and inspires. Ideally, you bring both advisory and litigation expertise to the table.

If you’re a collaborative Lawyer who has just hit Senior Associate level or have been a Senior Associate for some time, this is your moment to shine.

Your Future Responsibilities:

- Being an advocate in industrial disputes, employment contract disputes, and professional misconduct matters.
- Appearing in the Fair Work Commission
- Champion cases on discrimination, sexual harassment, and unfair dismissal.
- Advise on workplace conduct complaints, redundancy processes or negotiating with industrial organisations.
- Work on significant WHS matters across the country.
- Provide expert advice on pivotal issues like restraint of trade, confidentiality, and termination disputes.
