Mercor's People team is building its compensation and equity foundation from scratch. We are seeking Total Rewards practitioners with depth in compensation design or equity program management. You will design salary bands, leveling, annual compensation cycles, and grant structures, and help stakeholders understand value of equity.
Engagements are adaptable and paid on a per-hour basis, with rates ranging from $50 to $200 per hour depending on depth of experience, scope, and the problem at hand.
