Remuneration: $52.73 - $62.53 ph (includes 25% casual loading) + Super + Salary Packaging + Staff Discounts & Advantages

The Impact You'll Make: As a Registered Nurse, you'll be responsible for delivering and overseeing high-quality clinical care while supporting residents with a range of complex and changing needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting clinical assessments and developing person-centred care plans
- Monitoring resident health and evaluating care outcomes
- Providing complex nursing care, including wound management and chronic disease support
- Responding to health concerns, acute deterioration and clinical emergencies
- Supporting residents living with dementia through safe behavioural management practices
- Delivering palliative and end-of-life care with compassion and professionalism
- Administering and managing medications in line with best practice guidelines
- Supporting infection prevention and control initiatives
- Leading, mentoring and supporting Enrolled Nurses and Personal Carers
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and care records

What You'll Bring:

- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in Nursing
- Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
- Ability to lead and support care teams in a residential aged care environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with residents, families, and teams,



committed to person-centered care and growth
- Sound computer literacy and clinical documentation skills
- Valid Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or eligibility to obtain)
