Contract: Open to both casual and permanent contracts (Part-Time/Full-Time)

WiSEMedical is looking for aRadiology Receptionist to join our current team atWiSESutherland Shire. As a Radiology Receptionist atWiSE,you’llplay a key role in providing exceptional administrative support and customer service to patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals.Previousexperience in an imaging clinic is essential, asyou’llensure the smooth operation of our radiology services by efficiently managing appointments,facilitatingpatient check-ins, andmaintainingaccuraterecords.

The Caringbah location is scheduled to open 7thSeptember 2026 . Training will be conducted from early to mid-August in our Macquarie Park location to ensure that our new team are fully equipped and ready for our September grand opening. This role will start in August 2026, official date to be confirmed.

This role requires a valid paid Working with Children Check, as well as evidence of immunity to the specific diseases outlined under the NSW Health Category A mandatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Warmlywelcome patients and visitors, embodying our patient-centeredapproach.
- Schedule and confirm radiology appointments with precision and efficiency.
- Collect and verify patient information,



ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate patient flow with our dedicated team of radiology technicians and physicians.
- Address inquiries promptly andmaintainthe cleanliness and organization of our reception area.
- Process billing and insurance claims accurately, adhering toestablishedprotocols.
- Always uphold patient confidentiality and privacy guidelines.

Qualifications& Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent;additionalcertification in medical office administration or related field is a plus.
- Previousexperience in a healthcaresetting,ideallyin a radiology department, imaging clinic, or as a medical receptionistisrequired
- Proficiencyin computerized scheduling systems and electronic medical records (EMR);previousexperience usingComradis highly desirable.
- Strong customer service experience with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team.
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment.
