Northcott is seeking an Allied Health Early Supports Specialist to deliver training, mentoring and supervision for staff supporting children with disabilities. The role collaborates in a multidisciplinary team to strengthen family capacity and promote inclusion, across office, community and home settings.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology, has a valid driver’s license and can facilitate family-centered workshops and groups.
