QBE Insurance Group is seeking a Claims Officer for its Motor Claims team in Melbourne or Parramatta. The role is permanent, full-time with a hybrid work model (2 days per week in the office). Overtime opportunities may be available up to 8pm. No prior claims experience required; full training provided.
You will manage motor claims from start to resolution, gather information, speak with customers and suppliers, and provide explicit updates while working with your team to achieve strong outcomes.
