Matilda Job Agency is looking for qualified, VIT-registered Art Teachers to join our CRT team in Preston and surrounding northern suburbs.

We offer flexible teaching opportunities for teachers who want to choose their working days and preferred locations, whether you're looking for one or two days a week or more regular CRT work.

What you'll do

- You'll provide classroom cover and deliver lessons or activities prepared by the school, creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students.
- Your responsibilities may include supporting students with art projects, managing classroom behaviour, adapting to different year levels, following school policies and maintaining student safety and wellbeing.

What we're looking for





- Current VIT registration (mandatory)
- Recognised Primary or Secondary teaching qualification
- Art teaching experience or Art as a teaching method or specialisation
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to different schools and year levels
- Commitment to student safety and wellbeing
- Two qualified education references, including a recent school-based referee
