Omnia, a contemporary European restaurant in South Yarra, is seeking a Chef de Partie to own your section, lead the junior team, and deliver dishes to the restaurant's exacting standards.

Based at Capitol Grand, you will manage day-to-day section operations, mentor junior chefs, and ensure taste, presentation and food safety meet HACCP and FIFO requirements.

Tuesday to Saturday roster; sponsorship not available; valid Australian work rights required.
