Park Hyatt Sydney is recruiting for a professional Chef de Partie - Pastry Kitchen to join our Pastry team. The role focuses on maintaining bakery and pastry standards across outlets and banquets, with daily mise en place and high quality product supply.

The ideal candidate has a Pastry Chef Apprenticeship or equivalent, robust leadership, and experience training others, plus a proven ability to organise staffing and ingredients in a luxury hotel setting.
