Cirka is seeking a hands-on Safety & Resilience Business Partner to lead the Integrated Management System and turn our compliance framework into practical everyday action. Based in Melbourne, you will report to the EGM - Safety & Resilience, perform audits across Cirka’s national portfolio and develop explicit processes for managers and supervisors.

This role requires ISO expertise and strong risk and compliance knowledge, with a base salary in AUD 115k–125k plus super and a discretionary bonus.
