Key responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing referral partners and key stakeholders; Identify and develop new partnership opportunities across Sydney; Manage an established network of accounts, driving engagement and long-term relationship growth; Conduct regular face-to-face meetings, presentations and stakeholder visits; Identify opportunities to re-engage existing partners and increase referral activity; Work closely with internal teams to ensure an exceptional experience for external partners; and Coordinate professional networking events, educational sessions and industry conferences. About you Experience in relationship management, account management, business development or partnerships; A background in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, hospital liaison or a similar professional services environment would be highly regarded; Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers; A proven ability to build rapport, develop trust and maintain long-standing professional relationships; Experience coordinating professional events, conferences or stakeholder engagement activities; Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities; and A proactive,



self-motivated approach and the confidence to work autonomously.
