Role Description

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing Beauty Therapist with at least one year of relevant beauty industry experience to join our team.

You will provide personalised facial treatments, help clients understand their skincare options and create a welcoming experience from consultation through to aftercare. Fluent English is essential, along with the ability to explain treatments and aftercare in Mandarin when assisting Mandarin-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver facial treatments and beauty services within your training and qualifications.
- Conduct skin consultations and discuss clients’ concerns, preferences and skincare goals.
- Clearly explain treatment options, expected experiences and aftercare in English, and in Mandarin when required.
- Recommend suitable treatments and home-care products based on individual client needs.




- Build lasting client relationships through attentive service and thoughtful follow-up.
- Maintain accurate consultation and treatment records.
- Follow clinic hygiene and safety procedures, keeping treatment rooms clean and organised.
- Work closely with the team and share client feedback to improve our services.

About You

- At least one year of hands-on experience in beauty therapy, facial treatments or a similar client-facing beauty role.
- Fluent spoken English and conversational Mandarin sufficient to explain treatment details and answer client questions.
- A warm, outgoing personality, a welcoming smile and a genuine enjoyment of working with people.
- A well-groomed, professional presentation and a strong interest in skincare.
- Relevant qualifications in beauty therapy or a related field.
- Practical knowledge of skin analysis, facial treatments and aftercare.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to make clients feel comfortable and listened to.
- Reliable, organised and able to work collaboratively in a clinic environment.
- An interest in Korean-inspired beauty and personalised skin care.
