Bupa Eyecare is seeking an experienced Eyecare Operations Manager to lead national eyecare performance across Optical & Hearing practices. You will partner with Clinical Leadership to drive operational excellence and a high-performing team while overseeing rostering, equipment, and procurement.

Reporting to the COO, you will shape the customer journey, workforce planning and service standards to deliver protected, efficient care and exceptional patient experiences at scale.
