Uniting AgeWell Limited in Melbourne is seeking a Community Enrolled Nurse on a permanent part time basis. The role conducts in-home assessments and supports clients with care plans within the West Melbourne Metro Home Care network.

You'll work three days a week, with a mix of in-office and home visits, and will coordinate with the Community RN and allied health colleagues to ensure timely, person-centred care for older adults in the community.
