Avina is seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team in North East Melbourne, supporting clients across Northcote and surrounds. You will lead adult dysphagia care, supervise colleagues, and contribute to team development while delivering a wide-ranging generalist caseload across the lifespan.

The role offers flexibility with some work from home for admin tasks and a collaborative, values-driven culture across a national allied health network.
