National Affordable Housing Ltd is seeking an onsite Housing Officer based at a Cheltenham residential building, Melbourne. You will manage tenancies, coordinate inspections, and connect residents with community opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with trades and contractors.

You will handle rents, records, and compliance, with periodic travel to Mount Waverley, Moonee Ponds, and Geelong. A driver’s license and qualified communication skills are essential.
