Our Business Development Centre (BDC) is seeking a Customer Relations Consultant to join our team in Greystanes . In this position, you will collaborate with a dynamic, diverse team to deliver outstanding customer service and support vehicle servicing enquiries, bringing your communication skills and passion for customer experience to drive your career forward.
What you'll do

- Answer inbound customer enquiries and schedule vehicle service appointments across multiple Inchcape brands.
- Make outbound calls to customers due for servicing, helping maintain customer retention and engagement.
- Manage customer interactions across phone, SMS and digital communication channels.
- Support the achievement of booking, call quality and customer service targets.
- Maintain accurate customer information and booking details within internal systems.
- Work closely with service,



sales and parts teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and resolve enquiries efficiently.

About you

- Experience in a customer-focused role.
- Strong customer service and relationship‑building skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain organised in a quick‑paced environment.
- Strong administration and data entry accuracy.
- Confidence working towards KPIs and performance targets.
- A positive, collaborative and team‑oriented approach.
- Previous call centre, appointment setting or automotive experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
