This full time role places you at the heart of launching a new dining concept on the Gold Coast, working closely with Executive and Sous Chefs to deliver high-quality, beautifully presented dishes.

You'll own your section, manage mise en place, monitor food quality and safety, and support junior team members while adapting to a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public
