Country Fire Authority (CFA) is seeking an ICT Business Analyst to deliver analytical support across CFA's ICT projects. The role links CFA business units with ICT Services to ensure robust systems and processes that support emergency services operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in complex ICT implementations, solid BA methodology experience, and experience with HRIS, asset management, finance CRM, CMS and BI tools. Hybrid work options are available.
