Endeavour Group, via Colyton Hotel, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations and guest experiences at a high-volume venue on the Outstanding Western Highway. You’ll support the Publican, manage a hospitality team, and ensure safety and service excellence during busy live event periods.

You should have hands-on hospitality experience, be ready to supervise, and hold RSA, RCG and ARCG as required by state regulations.
