Banyule City Council is seeking a proactive Property Officer (Land Transactions) to progress land sales, road discontinuances and land agreements within the Property Services team. You will investigate complex land matters, interpret titles, plans and land status, and engage with landowners and purchasers to realise value while ensuring compliance with statutory processes.

This fixed-term, full-time role offers development opportunities, a focus on public land transactions, and a robust emphasis
