Noor Finance is expanding, and we’re looking for a driven, client‑focused Mortgage Broker to join our team. This role is ideal for a broker who is committed to delivering high‑quality credit advice, building strong client relationships, and operating with integrity in a compliance‑focused environment.

About the Role

As part of Noor Finance, you will work closely with clients across a range of lending needs — from first‑home buyers and refinancers to investors and complex scenarios. You will also collaborate with our property advisory arm, Noor Buyer Agency, ensuring clients receive a seamless and strategic experience.

What We’re Looking For

Accredited Mortgage Broker (Cert IV minimum; Diploma preferred)

Strong understanding of residential lending and credit policy





Skilled communication and relationship‑building skills

Self‑driven, proactive, and committed to growing your client base

High attention to compliance, documentation and BID obligations

Based in Sydney or willing to travel as required
