THE ROLE

We're looking for an Account Manager to be the main point of contact for our clients. You'll guide them from their first onboarding call through to long-term success, making sure they feel supported, understand their results and stay with us for the long run.

This role is perfect for someone who loves building relationships, enjoys helping small business owners grow, and wants to be rewarded for great results.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Onboard new clients and get them set up for a smooth launch

- Run regular check-in calls to review results and keep clients in the loop

- Be the go-to person for client questions and support

- Work closely with our ads and sales team to keep campaigns performing

- Spot opportunities to grow accounts and turn happy clients into referrals and reviews

- Share client feedback with the team to help us keep improving

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Experience in account management,



client success or a similar client-facing role (agency experience is a bonus)

- Great on the phone and genuinely good with people

- Organised and able to juggle a busy client list

- Proactive, coachable and calm under pressure

- Interest in marketing, trades or small business is a big plus

WHAT WE OFFER

- $5,000 to $6,000 per month + performance bonuses

- Flexible schedule, with availability during business hours (10 to 6 AEST)
