Role Description The Sales Manager will lead sales activities to grow Haulstar Transport’s customer base, expand existing accounts, and achieve revenue targets. This full-time remote role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting virtual sales meetings, preparing proposals and quotes, and negotiating contract terms aligned with company guidelines. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure that client expectations are accurately communicated and met. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining a sales pipeline, tracking performance metrics, forecasting revenue, and reporting results to leadership.



The role also requires developing sales strategies, analyzing market trends in the transport and logistics sector, and representing the company in online networking or industry events.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in sales development, account management, and relationship building with business clients in transport or logistics.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, conduct market analysis, and manage a structured sales pipeline.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, online communication tools, and basic office software for remote work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and proposal writing.
- Proven experience meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B environments, preferably within freight, logistics, or related sectors.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely.
- Relevant education in Business, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Understanding of transport operations, pricing structures, and customer service standards is highly beneficial.
