The Consumer Finance Senior Analyst will report directly to the Senior Consumer Finance Manager and act as a key Finance partner to Marketing, Innovation, Revenue Growth Management and relevant Commercial stakeholders across Oceania.

The role will provide high quality financial analysis, reporting and operational support across brand performance, brand investment, innovation and planning, while helping maintain strong Consumer Finance processes, tools and ways of working.

- NPD and Innovation
- Update NPD P&Ls;, trackers and supporting financial models.
- Reconcile financial inputs, assumptions and variances across innovation projects.
- Prepare commentary, analysis and key issues for review at decision gates and post launch reviews.

- Brand Investment Management & Effectiveness
- Manage the monthly Brand Investment forecasting and month end process, including Salesforce loads, V2V submissions, reclasses and close.
- Maintain accurate BI setup, coding and forecasting across Salesforce, SAP and WBS structures, and support resolution of PR/PO and activation related issues.
- Support ROI, chargebacks and reconciliations across SHD, SRC and GBH, ensuring processes are accurate and consistently applied.

- Reporting & Portfolio Analysis
- Prepare recurring Portfolio Review and Brand P&L; reporting, analyse performance trends and draft clear commentary on key variances, risks and opportunities.
- Maintain trackers, templates and source files to support accurate and productive reporting.

- Annual and Long Term Planning Support
- Maintain planning files, templates and supporting models across Budget,



Strategic Planning, Brand Planning and relevant Joint Business Planning processes.
- Support consolidation, data validation and readiness of planning outputs for review.

- Business Partnering and Capability
- Support Finance partnering with the Licensed Team across Brand, Shopper, Commercial Finance, Category and RGM.
- Support development of financial capability content, workshops and follow-up materials.
- Maintain shared folders, references and supporting materials to improve accessibility and consistency.

- Consumer Finance Transformation and Governance Support
- Update and maintain Consumer Finance templates, tools and repositories.
- Test workflow and template changes, including data checks and version control.
- Support process consistency, documentation and governance across Consumer Finance activities.

- Ad-hoc
- Provide financial analysis and decision support for priority finance requests.
- Support the Senior Consumer Finance Manager and wider Licensed Finance team on business matters.

Qualifications

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline
- Relevant experience in finance, commercial analysis, FP&A; or a similar analytical role
- Strong analytical skills with good Excel and financial modelling capability
- Ability to interpret data, identify variances and summarise findings clearly
- Transparent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working across functions
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and ability to manage recurring deadlines and competing priorities
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with an interest in improving processes and ways of working
