We're looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Delivery Manager to lead a team of three recruiters, driving recruitment outcomes across large, operational workforces in Victoria and Tasmania.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to manage recruitment from the sidelines. We want a leader who's been on the tools, knows what great volume recruitment looks like and can coach, motivate and jump in when it counts.

LET'S TALK ABOUT THE ROLE You'll Be Responsible For

- Leading, coaching and developing three Talent Acquisition professionals, each managing their own recruitment portfolio.
- Driving recruitment activity, productivity and delivery against ambitious hiring targets.
- Keeping a close eye on team performance, identifying bottlenecks and jumping in to support when needed.
- Building trusted relationships with operational leaders, understanding their workforce requirements and delivering solutions.
- Championing proactive sourcing strategies, talent pooling and creative approaches to reaching hard-to-find candidates.
- Ensuring recruitment processes are efficient, compliant and consistently managed through Workday.
- Supporting the adoption of emerging recruitment technology and automation to improve hiring outcomes.

You'll Bring

- Proven success in high-volume recruitment, ideally across blue-collar, healthcare, facilities management, logistics or other operational workforces.
- Experience leading, coaching or mentoring recruiters in a fast-paced delivery environment.
- A strong understanding of recruitment metrics, productivity and how to drive team performance.
- The confidence to step into recruitment activity yourself when volumes demand it.
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills, building trust through responsiveness, commercial judgement and results.
- A proactive sourcing mindset — you know great recruitment goes well beyond posting advertisements.
- Solid systems discipline, sound judgement and a genuine commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
- Experience with Workday is advantageous, but not essential.
