Bluey Home Loans is an Engadine-based mortgage broking business focused on personal service and long-term client relationships. As its client base grows, Bluey is investing in the people who support clients from their first enquiry through to settlement and beyond.

Role Description

This full time, office-based role supports Bluey’s mortgage brokers through client communication, accurate administration and application coordination. You will help clients understand the next steps, keep information organised and follow through on outstanding actions.

Key Responsibilities

● Respond to enquiries and coordinate appointments and onboarding.

● Collect and organise client information and supporting documents.





● Maintain CRM records and track application milestones.

● Keep clients updated in consultation with their broker.

● Liaise with lenders, solicitors and conveyancers as directed.

● Support post-settlement follow-up and ongoing client care.

Qualifications and Experience

● Customer service, administration or related support experience.

● Clear communication and professional handling of confidential information.

● Strong organisation, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.

● Confidence using office systems and learning new processes.

● Mortgage or banking experience valued; transferable skills welcome.
