MEC Mining is seeking an experienced People & Culture qualified to cover a 12-month parental leave contract in Brisbane's CBD, four days per week. You will lead the P&C; function across recruitment, employee relations, performance, development, engagement, retention and remuneration.

You will partner with executives and managers, drive practical advice, and champion MEC values while steering the P&C; agenda and systems such as Employment Hero.
