Fortinet is seeking a Technical Account Manager to be the primary technical contact for dedicated accounts. You will address complex networking and security issues, reproduce customer environments in lab setups, and coordinate with R&D; to ensure timely resolutions.

The role requires deep knowledge of TCP/IP networking, security technologies, and solid troubleshooting skills. A Bachelor’s degree and relevant certifications are preferred.
