About the role

This is a full-time, permanent position working five days a week, Thursday to Monday. Your days off are Tuesday and Wednesday, every week. You'll be central to the day-to-day running of the business, keeping guests happy, properties running smoothly and owners well informed. That's especially true over the weekends, which are our busiest time.

Key responsibilities

- Managing guest enquiries, bookings and messaging across Airbnb, Booking.com, and our direct channel

- Handling check-ins, guest issues and requests promptly and professionally

- Coordinating housekeeping, linen and maintenance with our field team and trades

- Keeping reservations, calendars and property information accurate in our property management system

- Talking with property owners and supporting a high standard of owner service

- Helping manage reviews and protect our reputation

About you

- Proven experience in hospitality (Restaurants, hotel, resort or holiday letting) or property management

- Calm and solution-focused under pressure, especially on busy weekends and in peak season

- Excellent written and spoken communication, with a warm, qualified manner

- Organised, detail-oriented and confident with technology.



Experience with a property management system or channel manager is highly regarded.

- Looking for a long-term position where you can settle in and grow with us

- Full-time availability, Thursday to Monday, including every Saturday and Sunday

- Live in or close to the Noosa area. This is an office-based role in Noosa Heads.

- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
