- On the Tools Experience: You've already got hands on workshop experience under your belt, know your way around a tool trolley, and can hit the ground running.

- Strong Work Ethic & Communication: You take pride in quality work, care about customer outcomes, and keep your workspace tidy.

- Your Own Basic Tools: You're invested in your trade (and ready to add to your kit with your tool bonus!).
