About the role

This is a varied, hands-on role that beautifully combines clinical dental assisting (Mostly) with front desk/reception duties. If you are someone who loves a diverse workday—moving seamlessly from helping a patient feel comfortable in the chair to managing a busy front desk—you will thrive here. While experience is highly prized, Entry Level trainee for the right person will be considered.

Key responsibilities

- Chairside assisting during dental procedures, preparing and setting up surgeries, and ensuring the highest standards of sterilization and infection control.

- Greeting patients warmly, answering phone inquiries, managing bookings, and coordinating patient recalls.

- Processing HICAPS/EFTPOS transactions and maintaining meticulous digital patient records.

- A genuine blend of friendliness, honesty, a good sense of humour, promptness, and pride in doing an excellent job.

- A warm, approachable manner that immediately puts anxious patients at ease.

- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills to adapt smoothly to a busy shopping centre practice.





- Strong computer literacy, with an eye for detail when managing records and schedules.

- A punctual, proactive team player who naturally shows initiative.

- Dental assisting, dental reception, and Oasis software experience highly regarded.
