I'm looking for a practical, reliable person to join Lady Mower for 3 days per week, with guaranteed hours and the opportunity to grow with the business.

We're an established local business with plenty of work coming in, looking after gardens and properties throughout the Macedon Ranges. No two days are quite the same!

What you'll be doing

- Lawn mowing, edging and hedging

- Garden maintenance, pruning and planting

- Mulching, weeding and garden tidy-ups

- Assisting with small landscaping and garden improvement projects

I'm looking for someone I can trust, work alongside and support as they grow into the role. If you enjoy working independently and would like the opportunity to take ownership of your work, this could be a great fit.

Who I'm looking for

Someone who's reliable, practical, physically capable and enjoys working outdoors. Experience in gardening, horticulture, lawn care or landscaping is an advantage, but I'm also happy to hear from someone who's keen to learn and has the right attitude.

A current driver's licence is essential. You should be comfortable working outdoors and keen to learn how to use professional gardening equipment safely.
