Working closely with the school community, you will play an important role in building positive partnerships between the OSHC service, school leadership, families and educators.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills are central to this position. You will be comfortable communicating with children at their level while demonstrating the professionalism, confidence and diplomacy required to engage with parents, school principals and senior stakeholders.
Your written communication will be equally important, ensuring correspondence, reporting and stakeholder engagement are delivered clearly, accurately and professionally.
What You'll Be Doing

- Create engaging experiences: Develop and deliver innovative, inclusive and age-appropriate programs that encourage children's curiosity, creativity, independence and social development.
- Build strong school partnerships: Establish and maintain skilled, collaborative relationships with school principals, leadership teams and key stakeholders.
- Connect with families: Be a welcoming and approachable point of contact, building trust through open, respectful and proactive communication.
- Champion children's wellbeing: Create an environment where every child feels valued, included, safe and supported.
- Communicate with confidence: Represent the service professionally through meetings, conversations, written correspondence, reports and stakeholder engagement.
- Drive service excellence: Oversee daily operations, staffing, administration, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
- Shape the future: Contribute ideas and initiatives that strengthen the service, enhance children's experiences and build its reputation within the school community.
