The courier industry attracts people from a wide range of working backgrounds. Whether you're looking for a career change or already have transport experience, we'll provide guidance to help you get started. We're looking for motivated individuals who are prepared to work hard, work smart and aim to become top-performing Owner Drivers.

Role and Perks

- Weekly Minimum Revenue Guarantee, providing revenue security from day one. Most owner drivers who are available for work, follow customer instructions, and work collaboratively with our operations team regularly generate revenue above the guaranteed minimum.
- Uncapped Revenue Potential, giving you an opportunity to increase your income above the guaranteed minimum.
- Assistance with purchasing a van. You'll need a suitable van to operate as an Owner Driver. If you don't already own one, we can assist with selecting and purchasing the right vehicle, including access to finance options through our supplier network, subject to approval.
- Equipment supplied. The required courier transport equipment is provided to help you get started
- Monday to Friday operations. You'll typically log on from around 7:00am, with your first job allocated after you become available. While many days finish earlier, your final collection may occasionally be as late as 5:00pm, depending on customer demand and daily workloads.
- Flexible daily workloads.



Weekly working hours generally range from approximately 45 to 55 hours, depending on seasonal demand and available work.
- Primarily business-to-business deliveries. Jobs are allocated throughout the day, predominantly involving freight collections and deliveries between businesses, with minimal residential work.

The Right Candidates

- To carry out this work, you’ll need to own a suitable van. If you own one, we’ll check that your van meets our standards. If you don’t own one, we’ll help you purchase the right van and get you ready to drive.
- Must have a current Australian Drivers License.
- You need to be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Must have or be willing to setup an ACN & ABN and be GST registered.
