Residential Air Conditioning Technician — Adelaide

$3,000 sign-on bonus + uncapped monthly bonuses

The money

- $50 – $60 per hour plus super for an experienced residential AC technician

- $3,000 sign-on bonus - $1,000 at one month, $1,000 at three months, $1,000 at six months

- Uncapped monthly performance bonuses, paid every month, no ceiling

- Weekly pay, on time, every time

- Overtime available and paid at penalty rates

The role

Servicing, fault finding, repairs and installs on wall splits, ducted reverse cycle and evaporative systems in homes across Adelaide.

Every job is scheduled by our office and lands on your iPad with customer notes, service history and photos before you arrive. You won't be walking in blind. Ring for a hand and you'll speak to someone who has actually done the work.

Standard hours 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime available.

What you'll need

- Trade qualified with a current ARCtick refrigerant handling licence

- Solid residential experience across splits, ducted reverse cycle and evaporative

- Strong fault-finding skills and a genuine can-do attitude

- Valuable communication and people skills

- Australian driver's licence

- Pride in the finish, not just getting the system running

Handy but not essential: working at heights, restricted electrical, dual-trade electrical qualification.
