About the role

Balance in Motion is looking for an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our Bondi Beach and soon to come Paddington clinic on a full-time basis. We're a well-established, community-loved clinic with a strong focus on running and sports rehab, and we're growing — with a second clinic launching soon in Paddington. Full-time position, days/hours negotiable to suit the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

- Full caseload of musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy patients

- Mentor junior team members and contribute to clinical direction

- Get involved in running gait analysis and return-to-run programming

- Based at our Bondi Beach, with potential involvement at our new Paddington location as it opens

About you

- Minimum 4–5 years' clinical experience (senior-level caseload management)

- APHRA registration in good standing

- Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills

- A genuine interest in running/endurance sport is a big plus, but not essential

- Great communicator — someone who builds trust with patients quickly and works well as part of a small, close-knit team

About us

We treat everyone from weekend warriors to competitive marathoners, and we're known for our hands-on approach, solid patient education, and active presence in the local running community (@balanceinmotion). Our team includes exercise physiologists and physios working collaboratively across musculoskeletal, sports, and running-specific rehab.

Benefits

- Competitive hourly/session rate (based on experience)

- Supportive, low-ego team culture

- Professional development support

- A caseload built on a strong existing patient base and referral network — no need to build a book from scratch

- The chance to be part of a growing brand from the ground up as we expand to Paddington
