This service is an Early Learning Centre and a well-established service providing high-quality education and care for children aged two to five years, including a dedicated Three-Year-Old Kindergarten program.

About the Role

As a Diploma-qualified Educator, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality education and care while supporting children's learning, wellbeing and development.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing engaging, developmentally appropriate and inclusive learning experiences that reflect children's individual needs, interests and abilities.

- Supporting the planning, implementation and evaluation of educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).





- Establishing positive, respectful and meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues.

- Maintaining protected, stimulating and well-organised indoor and outdoor learning environments.

- Demonstrating a sound understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS) and relevant legislation.

- Contributing to educational documentation, observations and assessments of children's learning and development.

- Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of education and care.

- Demonstrating professionalism, initiative, reliability and a commitment to continuous improvement.

About You

They are seeking experienced Educators who are confident in their skilled practice and genuinely passionate about early childhood education.

To be considered, applicants must have:

- A completed Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.

- Demonstrated experience working in an Australian early childhood education and care setting.

- Sound knowledge and practical application of the EYLF, NQF and NQS.

- Experience in planning, implementing and documenting play-based learning experiences.

- Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.





- A current Working with Children Check (WA), or eligibility to obtain one prior to commencement.

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain these prior to commencement.

- A professional, proactive and flexible approach to working within a team.

- A genuine commitment to children's safety, wellbeing and development.

Previous experience working with children aged two to five years will be highly regarded.
