Turnco Building and Maintenance is looking for an experienced Estimator to join our team. We deliver a wide range of residential and commercial building and maintenance projects, so the workload is varied and no two days are the same. We mainly work on smaller, fast-paced projects, which gives you plenty of opportunity to put your analytical skills to work on challenging and rewarding jobs. Key responsibilities
- Preparing accurate and accurate cost estimates for building and carpentry projects
- Using estimating and job management software effectively (experience with Wunderbuild or Tradify preferred)
- Living and contributing to our company culture and values
- Continually building your knowledge and improving our processes
About you
- Proven experience in an estimating role within the building or construction industry
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- A strong affinity for numbers and analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile
- The drive to take ownership of the role and make it your own
