You’ll enjoy working on the road, solving problems and meeting customers across Greater Sydney. With a fully equipped company vehicle and support from our dispatch team, you’ll have the independence to get on with the job and a team to call when you need a hand.

The role at a glance

- Employment: Full-time.

- Salary: $90,000–$100,000 per year, plus super.

- Roster: Tuesday to Saturday, 2pm-12am

- Location: On the road across Greater Sydney.

- Vehicle: Fully maintained take-home company vehicle and fuel card provided.

- Start: From home each shift.

Your role and responsibilities

- Test and replace vehicle batteries, provide jump starts and diagnose starting and charging system faults.

- Help customers with flat tyres and emergency fuel delivery.

- Take the time to understand each customer’s situation, explain what’s needed and provide practical advice.

- Keep customers informed and reassured while working safely and efficiently.

- Work with our customer service team to coordinate assistance and keep job details up to date.

- Complete job reports accurately, look after the company vehicle, tools and equipment.

- Automotive experience: Previous work in the automotive industry. Experience as a mechanic, auto electrician, roadside technician, tyre fitter or fleet technician is highly regarded.

- Friendly communication: The ability to explain things clearly and help customers feel comfortable and supported.

- Independence: Confidence working on your own, managing your time and knowing when to ask for support.

- Technology confidence: Comfort using mobile devices and job management systems.

You’ll need a current unrestricted Australian driver licence.
