About the Role
As a Support Worker with Brave Care, you’ll be providing day-to-day support to NDIS participants – helping them with daily activities, personal care, community access, and reaching their personal goals. No two days are the same, and that’s what makes this role so rewarding.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing personal care and daily living support
Assisting with domestic duties such as cleaning, meal prep, and shopping
Supporting clients to access the community and attend appointments or social events
Encouraging independence and choice
Documenting progress notes and communicating effectively with the support team





What We’re Looking For:
A genuine passion for supporting others
Excellent communication and a positive, respectful attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility with availability, including weekends or evenings if needed
Experience in the disability or community sector is a bonus – but not essential if you’re willing to learn

What You’ll Need:
Cert III or IV in Individual Support, Disability or similar
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Check
Current First Aid and CPR certificate
Driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (as per health regulations)
