About the role

You'll help build and manage patient base, seeing a mixture of general primary-care patients and medicinal cannabis patients according to demand. This role offers clinical autonomy, combining general primary healthcare with medicinal cannabis consultations, including telehealth. Opportunity to work in team with doctors and pharmacists.

Key responsibilities

- Independent patient assessments, diagnosis and management

- Acute and chronic disease consultations

- Medication management and prescribing within scope

- Preventative healthcare and health assessments

- Medicinal cannabis suitability assessments, prescribing where authorised, and ongoing patient reviews

- Face-to-face and telehealth consultations available using our telehealth system





- Referrals and collaborative care where clinically indicated

About you

- Current AHPRA endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner — essential

- Demonstrated experience in primary healthcare or general practice

- Strong clinical judgement and confidence practising autonomously

- Excellent communication and patient-centred care

- Medicinal cannabis prescribing experience highly regarded, but not essential
